Who is Appolinaire ZAGABE?






Appolinaire ZAGABE Jasper
A young man, attended his studies at the University of Goma in Democratic Republic of Congo, North kivu province Eastern country, area affected now by War.
He is graduate in Faculty of Social sciences,Political science and Administrative , IN the Department of International Relations in 2009.
